Delete it yourself

1. Sign in at imaginifera.com or in the Imaginifera app.
2. Open your account menu (your initial, at the edge of the screen) and choose Account and credits.
3. If you have a plan, cancel it first: under Manage billing on the website, or in your Google Play subscriptions for the app.
4. Under Delete account, enter your password if you have one, type DELETE, and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Can’t sign in?

Email contact@tanyalabs.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What’s deleted

• Your account details: email address, name, password, and any Google sign-in link.
• Every creation and starting image in your library, and their prompts.
• Your credit balance and credit history.
• Your sign-ins on every device.
• Safety records linked to your account.

What’s kept

• Records of payments (amount, date and plan), without your account details, for accounting as the law requires.
• Paddle and Google keep their own records of your payments under their policies.
• Server backups are overwritten within about a month.

Only want to remove some things?

You can delete any creation from your library at any time without closing your account: open it and choose Delete.
