Plan credits renew each month and don’t carry over. Top-up credits last 12 months and are used after your plan credits.
Paying and refunds
On the website, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and it handles payment, VAT, invoices and refunds. In the Imaginifera Android app, purchases go through Google Play.
