Who we are

Imaginifera, at imaginifera.com and in the Imaginifera Android app, is run by TANYA BAL PR, Trg Nikole Pašića 5, 11103 Beograd (Stari Grad), Serbia (contact: contact@tanyalabs.com). By creating an account, buying a plan or using Imaginifera, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• Each account is for one person. Keep your password safe; you’re responsible for what happens in your account.
• Give a real email address you can read. We use it to confirm your account and to reach you about it.

What Imaginifera does

Imaginifera turns your descriptions, and optionally a starting image, into images and short videos using AI models. Results are made automatically. They can be unexpected or imperfect, and other people may get similar results from similar prompts.

Your creations

You keep any rights you have in your prompts and starting images. You may use the images and videos you make, including commercially, as long as you follow these terms and the law. We don’t claim ownership of them. You let us store and process them only so Imaginifera can work for you. AI-made works may not be protected by copyright in every country.

Only upload starting images you have the right to use.

What you may not create

• Nudity or sexual content of anyone.
• Anything that sexualises, exploits or endangers children. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
• Images of a real person without their consent, deepfakes, or anything made to deceive or impersonate.
• Graphic violence or gore, self-harm, hate, harassment, or content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism.
• Anything illegal, or anything that breaks other people’s rights, such as copyright or trademarks.

You also may not try to get around the safety filter, or attack, overload, copy, scrape or resell Imaginifera.

We may refuse prompts, remove creations, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If a result shouldn’t exist, use the Report button on it.

Credits, plans and payments

• Each creation costs the credits shown on the Create button before you start. If a creation fails or is interrupted, its credits come back automatically.
• Plans renew every month and add that month’s credits. Plan credits don’t carry over to the next month.
• Top-ups last 12 months and are used after your plan credits.
• Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred or exchanged.
• On the website, plans and top-ups are sold by Paddle, our reseller, under Paddle’s buyer terms. Paddle handles payment, VAT, invoices and refunds.
• In the Android app, purchases go through Google Play under Google Play’s terms.
• Cancel any time: under Manage billing on the website, or in your Google Play subscriptions for the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
• If a payment is refunded or charged back, the unspent credits from that payment are removed.
• If prices change, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we tell you beforehand.

Keeping Imaginifera running

We work to keep Imaginifera available, but we can’t promise it will always work without interruption or errors. We may improve, change or remove features. If we ever close Imaginifera, we’ll tell you in advance.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we’ll tell you why unless the law prevents us.

Responsibility

Imaginifera is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows. We aren’t responsible for indirect losses, or for how you use what you create. Our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, and the courts in Belgrade decide disputes, without taking away the protection of the consumer laws where you live.

When these terms change, we update this page and its date. If a change is important, we tell you by email or in the studio before it applies.
